Welcome to Paymetryx. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

    These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services. They apply unless a different agreement has been made in writing. The agreement is effective upon signing or approval of the service form by Paymetryx.

  2. Definitions

    • Agreement: The complete understanding between Paymetryx and the client, including these Terms and Conditions, price lists, and order confirmations.
    • Client: The entity or individual using Paymetryx services.
    • Service: The payment processing solutions provided by Paymetryx.
    • Supplier: Paymetryx or its affiliates responsible for delivering the Service.
  3. General Obligations

    • Clients must ensure their systems are compatible with Paymetryx services.
    • Testing of services must be done as per our guidelines before full deployment.
    • Clients must inform us of any changes that might affect the service.
  4. Supplier Responsibilities

    • Paymetryx will provide services in accordance with security standards and availability commitments.
    • We are not responsible for third-party service issues or system malfunctions outside our control.
  5. Intellectual Property

    • All intellectual property rights related to our services remain with Paymetryx.
  6. Term and Termination

    • The agreement is valid for twelve months and auto-renews unless terminated with three months’ notice.
    • We can terminate the agreement for breaches or security risks.
  7. Suspension of Service

    • Services may be suspended for unpaid invoices or other issues as outlined in our Terms.
  8. Prices and Payments

    • Fees are due as per our price list and must be paid within fourteen days of invoicing.
  9. Limitation of Liability

    • Paymetryx is not liable for indirect damages or losses. Liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid in the last twelve months.
  10. Force Majeure

    • We are not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control.
  11. Amendments

    • We may update these terms with thirty days’ notice.
  12. Notices

    • Notices may be sent via email to the address provided by the client.
  13. Data Protection

    • Personal data will be processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
  14. Confidentiality

    • Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure.
  15. Other Terms

    • We may record calls and use client information for internal purposes.
  16. Applicable Law

    • The agreement is governed by the laws of our registered office’s location.
  17. Validity

    • These Terms replace any previous agreements or terms.
